Sandeep Kishore is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Sales & Practice for Engineering and R&D Services (ERS) at HCL Technologies.  He leads this business through synchronized cycles of growth and innovation, and today, HCL ERS is globally respected as an industry leader with ~12% market share of India’s outsourced global engineering services. He is instrumental in re-defining the market positioning for HCL ERS as Engineering out of the Box to charter business growth initiatives via significantly increased investments in IPs and productized solutions to create the next generation of non-linear growth.  Renowned industry analysts recognize HCL’s ERS business as best in class and globally respected.

Sandeep is responsible for driving HCL’s industry leadership position in Engineering and R&D Services. He leads a global team across USA, Europe, Asia and is responsible for driving strategic partnership with Global 1000 companies. He is a regular participating speaker at several industry events, analyst forums, leading venture fund companies, World Trade Associations, Confederation of Indian Industry / IBEF, TiE, CSIA and several Technology and Enterprise Events.

Sandeep was earlier Senior Vice President and Global Head of Hi-Tech & Manufacturing, a position in which he was responsible for driving the business to become one of the two dominant businesses at HCL. He has held many leadership roles at HCL and contributed significantly to its success and growth through multiple innovative, transformational and strategic partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies. He was also a member of the senior management team in Personal Systems Division at HCL India, and Product Management of HP Products in the HCL – HP joint venture during the early nineties.  In 2001, he led the entire operations, including Strategy, Market Creation, Business Development and Offshore Project Execution, of a software services start-up company in San Francisco.
